Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Charlotte Asian Markets

I just moved from Northern Virginia to Greensboro, Winston-Salem area. My main grocery shopping was at the many asian grocery stores. I need help locating one in the Greensboro or Winston-Salem NC or Martinsville VA but could travel to Charlotte if necessary.

There are a lot of asian markets in Charlotte, on Central Ave, there is a section of markets and restaurants. One Market is on South Blvd near Woodlawn. I think it is called Overseas market.
There is also a huge mexican market on South, you would have to ask someone. I think it is on the left after you cross Archdale going away from downtown.. It is worth going to.

greensboro is your best bet for asian markets. the previous poster is correct that spring garden and high pt roads are the best area. there are at least 5 on high point road. In particlaur I would try Latin Asian farmers market in the same center as Giacomos on high point road(have lots of fish and even whole pork belly) and Dong phong(sp) behing the napa auto on hp rd. most are vietnamese oriented but have a good supply of generic asian ingredients.

There are two good asian markets in Winston-salem. The first is on Peters Creek Parkway on the west side of the road not far from Business I-40. the second, Oriental Oasis, is on Lockland Av.
Greenssboro is loaded with asian markets.Greensboro is home to a major refugee relocation agency, and thus lots of markets and restaurents. I would start on Spring Garden Street where several markets are located. There is also a good market on High Point Road.
