Madison, WI--Veg suggestions?

My wife and I are planning on visiting Madison for one or possibly two days in the next week or so. This is a leisure trip, planning on visiting a winery or two in the nearby area and enjoying the town.

I know Madison is known for vegetarian friendly food, but I was hoping for some suggestions. As far as plans go, we'll be eating at least one, but probably two breakfasts, lunches, and dinners in the city. I'd be content with trying six different places. No restrictions on price or cuisine type other than one vegetarian option is necessary on the menu. It doesn't matter if it's four star or no star, French or brewpub...

  1. If you're going to be in Madison on a Saturday, be sure to check out the Farmer's Market on Capital Square. You can find the freshest organic vegetables available. Some vendors will sample out, so you can buy what you like and eat as you browse.
