Kansas City Casino Dining

ChowhoundSucks Jun 27, 2006 01:56 AM

Any opinions on the better dining establishments of the 4 Kansas City casinos? I'm looking for a dinner meal on Saturday night. I have checked the websites of the four casinos. I'm not enthused about the choices. So far, Bugatti's and Pearl's Oyster Bar at the Ameristar and Harrah's Moby Fish Tales look the most promising. I don't trust a casino steak, but may be willing to try if highly recommended.

Ameristar has a branch of Arthur Bryant's which I've been told (on this board) is comparable with the original in food, if not in atmosphere.

Bugatti's was very good (we ate there somewhat regularly); I've not been in ~5 years though (we moved so it's a l-o-n-g drive now).

I've "heard" the Italian restaurant at Ameristar, Bugatti's, is good, but I have not been there. I, personally, have never been to a casino that had good food, but the Pitch is usually pretty right on about restaurants. Here's a little blurb about it. http://www.pitch.com/search/restauran... Good luck, both in the gambling and the dining!
