    Don't forget asparagus. Just don't over-steam it.

I used to steam some veggies, then a friend showed me how to microwave them. This works very well and there's no loss of nutrients to the steam at all.

New potatoes. They keep their flavour and waxy texture far better than when boiled.

If you ever have leftovers, steamed vegetables pureed together with a little chicken stock, salt, and pepper almost always makes a fantastically creamy soup with zero fat.

I love steamed Asian eggplant, bok choi, artichoke. Not necessarily together.

Very basic - but zuchini and yellow squash are my favorite steamed veggies....great simple veggie addition to a meal (since I tend to over dress my veggies a lot and often need simple to accomodate a layered-flavorful meal - still trying to learn how to bring veggies into that mix).
