How do I link?

I can't figure out (and can't find instructions) for linking to another website, web address, posting, etc. I always used to link people to my webpage for recipes in home cooking and can't figure out how to do that now. Thanks!

It couldn't be easier. Just cut and paste the URL (or type it in the messsage). Just be sure the http:// is included, or it won't come out as a clickable link.

What you can't do, though, is "name" your link. The URL is the "name."

Can't "name" your link, sure you can, as in:

      A Really Cool Website> http://www.Indefatigable-Indolence.org

      or

      Got time to waste? >http://www.Indefatigable-Indolence.org

In a kludgy kind of way, I guess. But you can't click on the "name" and get to the destination it refers to.

Hey, Gary, where I come from, we call kludging "thinking outside the box" ;-)

Isn't it easier to click on a longer URL (with an easily identifiable start of "http") than a sometimes hard-to-identify-as-a-link one or two word link? Yes, this requires some html gobbledygook, but somehow I just go on autopilot and skim over it.

So there's no option to hide a long ugly url. Bummer.
