How do you print just ONE reply from a thread?

What I loved is being able to print just one reply from an entire thread. How do I do that now that all posts show up simultaneously?

Copy and paste into your favorite word processor?

Is that the only way--darn--was so much easier to just print a recipe that interested me without having to go "out" to do it.

        Try this:
        1. Highlight the text you want to print.
        2. Select Print from your browser's File menu or simply press Ctrl + P. The Print dialog box pops up.
        3. In the Print Range box, click the Selection radio button.
        4. Click OK. The highlighted text will be printed.

That's the procedure for the Firefox browser. There's a similar function in Internet Explorer and Netscape.

One of the cool things about all the activity on the Site Specific boards is that I'm learning about some things that have nothing to do with Chowhound. I've managed to live my life without ever using the "selection" button. Thanks, Carswell.

Personally, I find it just as easy to cut and paste as to selectively print from the printer menu, and it gives the added advantage of creating a file you can save to your hard drive if you so desire.

        That worked perfectly. Thanks!
