Canyon Country/Valencia chow

My 14 yr. old and I are visiting some friends next week in Canyon Country and I would love to get some good recommendations for dinner there. Our friends are not very adventurous eaters, so they will know those places, but are there any interesting and good sushi places in that area?

    I've eaten at the Light and Healthy Sushi bar on Lyons and it was very good. We have a little teenage sushi chowhound that loves the all you eat approach this place offers. Eat to your heart's content for $25/1 hour.

        Maru Sushi has been recommended as one of the best in the area. I tried to check it out last Wednesday, but I guess we got there too early at 4:30, as they were not open.
