Why the huge font?

We're all getting older but the font is really unnecessarily large - I'd rather see more posts per page.

With that said, I thank you so much for all the effort. I had almost given up on even looking at Chowhound for the last few months because the site was just getting slower and slower. I look forward to getting used to the new site, and to posting and reading more often. Thank you.
