Where in L.A. to buy Nittaya curry pastes?

These were taste-tested and supposedly are wonderful. Any idea where to buy them in L.A.? Hankering for panang.

I believe I've seen the Nittaya pastes at Bankhanom Thai, which is the sweet shop/market in Thai Plaza, right next door to Silom Market. Across from Ruen Pair, next to the old Palms Thai location.

I was just in Bangkok Market on Melrose yesterday afternoon planning to buy their "made on site" green curry pastes. I was disappointed to learn that they no longer carry the made fresh pastes so I opted for the "Mae Ploy" brand.

I wish I had known about Nittaya then ... they did have a slick line of poly bagged curry pastes. They may or may not have been Nittaya however. I will say the graphics look very similar to the ones on the website but can't be totally sure.

I'm planning to go by the Bangluck Market on Hollywood this afternoon in hopes that they still carry their own freshly made. I'll report back if they have the Nittaya brand.

Try Silom Market in Thai Town on Hollywood, 2 blocks east of Western. It's the ground level of the Thailand Plaza.
