Some of the most accomodating service I have had. They were willing to change out ingredients for dislikes/allergies. I love the format of being able to pick anything off the menu to have in any order (appetizer, main etc). They also customized wine pairings to half glasses - every other course. I had chefs menu: tuna (good but not memorable); soft-shell crabs (excellent) ; rabbit with peas,farro,and garlic confit w/vin santo jus (excellent); Veal loin with ramps,porcinis and asparagus w/bourbon verjus (good - but may be I was just getting too full) ; cheese [they roll over a big cart and select based on your cheese desires).
