Sea in Williamsburg makes good ones...real big glasses too.
Havana Alma is pretty good. If you are willing to go to Brooklyn, I think Bogota Bistro in Park Slope has the best in the city. Try their coconut mojito. Que rico!

Anyone been to Double 7? Try the Pegu Club as well.
Agreed on the Pegu Club rec ... except, instead ask for an "Old Cuban". It's a mojito topped with champagne. Yum.
