little silver balls (dragees)

are silver dragees still illegal in california? does anyone know of somewhere that sells them?

    Still illegal. Even the big cake decorating companies like Wilsons will sell to everyone but those shipping to California. A couple of suggestions:

    They often are on eBay although some of the sellers still refuse to ship to California. Ask.

    I buy mine from the big cake decorating suppliers online and have them ship to a friend out of state.

        Thought I saw them once at Sur La Table, but don't recall seeing them last time I was there a couple of months ago. Amazon has some.
