<content>You haven't indicated if you have something specific in mind re: cuisines, countries, etc. So, here are a couple of possibilities.

French: La Cote Saint-Jacques, in Joigny, is a Relais &amp; Chateaux property with a restaurant that has been awarded Relais Gourmand status. Chef/owner Jean Michel Lorain runs cooking classes several times a year (in English and French). They post the schedule on their website. While I've not taken the classes, we stayed there a few years ago. The hotel's rooms are very lovely and the cuisine is -- no surprise -- first rate. Also, the town of Joigny is charming.

Italian: Arthur Schwartz (aka "The Food Maven") runs cooking sessions in Seliano, Italy, several times a year. He sometimes combines them with travel. You can read all about it on his website.

<content>Susan Herrmann Loomis runs classes in Normandy, www.onruetatin.com . She is American and has a home there and has written several good cookbooks. I had a good read with her newest book "Cooking At Home on Rue Tatin"</content>
