Does anyone have any recommendations for good chow-podcasts? I am new to the podcast world and find the amount of food related ones overwhelming!

The Chowhound site has a few mp3 files for downloading. They are old reports, but fun listening.

I like restaurantguysradio.com, podcasts of a talk show on a New Bruswick, NJ station. They own a high-end restaurant called Stage Left and do a daily radio show. They're pretty fun and have some interesting interviews: Doug Psaltis, Charlie Trotter, Rick Moonen, a shrimper from Louisiana talking about the effects of the hurricane on her business.

If you're interested in the wine biz, there's a cool wine blog/podcast at cellarrat.org -- linked below. The blogger is a former Minnesotan who quit his public radio job and moved to Sonoma County to volunteer at a couple of vineyards and learn the ins and outs of winemaking. Good interviews with winemakers and an interesting personal story.
