I live in Plano, Tx which is the largest city in Collin County with the January 1, 2010 population estimated at 265,000, a 0.45 percent increase from 2009. Trader Joe's would certainly do well in our city and would be greatly welcomed. Every time I visit my children in Santa Rosa, CA I ship a huge care package to myself with all the items I love from TJ's. If TJ's won't consider opening a location in Plano then PLEASE strongly consider starting an online shopping site for all of us who do not have access to one of your stores.

I take my hat off to you for your thinking "outside of the box." I would suggest the on line shopping to the corporate office. I also feel your pain. I love TJ's. When I lived in SD they had no stores so I used to drive to Orange County (Disneyland area) and shop. I now live back in L.A. where I have many TJ stores to shop at. There are at least 10 on my way to work AND I work in Pasadena where the original store started and still stands. If they were in Florida alone all my relatives could support them quite well.

re: Dave
I think that everyone should express to TJ's to open up the computer lines for Orders and starting shipping the orders out. They would boost there sales sooo much. I recently made the move to the East Coast (SC) from Las Vegas were I did ALL My shopping at TJ's and Loved it. The prices were perfect for my family and the food was amazing. And NOW, they don't have ANYTHING Out here like it. Not TJ's even Close by to drive....I'M SOOO SAD. ~giggle~ Thanks to you all for sharing the information. Hope you have a Great day, week. :)

re: vegasbutterfly
Since so many products are regional (see the different Frequent Flyers on the website) and so many items are limited in number (read the Frequent Flyers-'we bought 11,000 cases of X and have to spead them out between Y number of stores in the midwest') it isn't possible.
That is how and why TJs works
There wll be local things and places in SC that you can't get anywhere else. There's always something everywhere..
