SF Ferry Building Market: The clean hands place

  • g

A survey undertaken by researchers who like to lurk in bathrooms have given the Ferry Building the highest ranking for clean hands. Me, I'd expect nothing less than fresh surgical gloves used to hand me my $4 peach.

  1. Interesting. I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that washing your hands at the ferry building is actually pleasant ... the water's always warm, and nice soap.

I think it's because there is always a line, and everybody knows they are being watched.

Presumably you only know about the bathroom of one sex!?!

Well, yes, I can only speak of the line leading to the ladies' room.

Hmm, then maybe the tourists think SF is really dirty and nasty and they don't want to catch anything, after a lovely stroll past the finest Market St. has to offer.

Or maybe this is just where all the most civilized people gather. ; )
