How to help NOLA hospitality workers

Louisiana's restaurant industry provides the largest number of private sector jobs in the state.

From today's NY Times:

"A fund has been established to benefit restaurant and hotel workers. Contributions may be sent to: New Orleans Hospitality Workers Disaster Relief Fund, Greater Houston Community Foundation, 4550 Post Oak Place, Suite 100, Houston, 77027; or call (713) 333-2200."

  1. This is being coordinated with the Greater Houston Community Foundation. You can make a donation on-line via the link below.

    Use the donation link on the right which will give you a dropdown list of where you would like your funds directed. One of the options is for the hospitatlity workers. The other link goes to the Bush-Clinton relief fund and there are no options of directing funds to a particular agency.
