Anthony Bourdain's New Yorker Article "Don't Eat Before Reading This....
Does any one know where I can get a copy of this article by Anthony Bourdainthat appeared in the New Yorker Magazine and is somewhat the basis for Kitchen Confidential. (e-mail or purchase?)
Or does anyone know what issue of the new yorker this article appeared in. Any information and
help would be appreciated in trying to track this down. Thanks.
Looks like we're coming upon the 6th anniversary of the article's publication, as according to the old Chowhound post below it was published in the April 19, 1999 issue of the New Yorker.
Bourdain himself responds in the thread and unfortunately states that the article wasn't made available online then. I'm not sure about now, but you could try to contact the New Yorker offices directly to see if you can purchase a back issue. There's always the public library route...
