Small chain, but still chain I guess, so this is the place to ask.

Anyway, got a gift card for there as thanks for some volunteer work and was wondering what if anything stood out on the menu and if there's anything people would suggest avoiding.

Thanks. Not a salmon fan myself, but believe the person I'm treating is, so good to have a recommendation to give.

I'd avoid any of the pancooked noodle dishes: nobody there is trained to do them right. I've tried them a couple of times, and they're never good.

Sandwiches, soups, salads are fine.

Confirms a suspicion I had, which is a pity as I love that sort of thing. Ah well, plenty of places to get a fix in the neighborhood. Thanks for the sort of heads up I was looking for.

One of my coworkers swears by the noodles (we go to the one in Davis Square, outside of Boston).

I'm a fan of the Greek salad, veggie pockets, and lime poppyseed muffins. Stay away from the thai salad (or whatever it's called), the dressing on that one isn't very good.

Their sandwiches are good if you don't like them too doughy. Their bread is a thin foccacia. My favorite has been tomato, mozzarella and spinach.

Thanks for passing on the thumbs up on the noodles, which are definitely among my favorite things, but given that I'm actually over in Allston where as you might expect, I can get good versions of any kind of asian noodles I want whenever, I don't think I'll chance them. I'll be going to the Davis Square one too, so big thanks for the tips about the lime poppyseed muffins, which sound yummy, the Greek salad and about what the bread's like. I'm not over in Davis very often (on crutches, making it a royal pain) so I wanted to use up the rest of the gift card buying stuff like that to take home and even give away. At least their Greek salad sounds like it approximates a real horiatiki, unlike the usual American everything but the kitchen sink mess that gets labeled a Greek salad.

Oh, don't get me wrong, it's still a salad in the American sense of the word. Too much lettuce for it to be a true Greek salad, but overall, it's done better than many others. And there's a decent amount of feta, although it's not in one big hunk.

If you're looking for things to take home, the bake case is quite extensive.
