Aperol, a low-alcohol, Italian aperitivo is once again available in the U.S. after a long absence. It's imported by SKYY spirits of San Francsico, a subsidiary of the Campari Group.

Sweeter and less bitter than Campari, it is served in similar ways, on the rocks, with soda, or as I was served in a little bar outside of Verona, on the rocks with a splash of white wine - my favorite.

Check it out if you like this sort of thing.
