I went to the store at lunch today and bought everything that caught my eye...2 gigantic artichokes, a pint of cocktail tomatoes, a wedge of Neals Yard Dairy Wensleydale, a wedge of Neals Yard Dairy Linconshire Poacher, a bottle of Zen of Zin, and a loaf of sweet batard. I can't wait to eat dinner now, but suddenly i was struck with the idea, that maybe there is something missing!
what is everyone else doing for dinner?
and what would round out my collections for the night?

Sounds like a great meal.

I will be home late with no time to cook (something I prefer to do) but will love the tacos I get for mi familia at a local taco truck in Baltimore.

Cheap and much better than I have time to make.

Have you picked up the book "Charcuterie " yet ? Excellent . Be warned you will make your own bacon within a week or two of finishing it . A great , instructional read .
