Always a dilemma, as Cabot, Sugar River, Capiello, etc. don't have Pesach runs, as far as I know....Please feel free to correct me.
Anyway, any thoughts about Miller vs. Haolam vs. ??
We do tend to eat a lot of cheese at Pesach--especially varieties we don't eat the rest of the year: muenster, swiss, edam, etc.
I would appreciate your recommendations, as this stuff is so expensive, and often flavorless.
Thanks!

probably a better topic to post on the Kosher board. However, there are several brands of israeli cheese that have a lot more flavor than their kosher l'pesach american cousins.

The name escapes me, but here in the northeast, several of these israeli brands are available.
