        <content>How do I properly store goat cheese between uses?I have a large amount and would like it to last more than a couple of days after opening.Any help would be wonderful.TIA.</content>

      <content>If you mean the goat cheese that comes in a "log" wrapped in plastic, I've had good luck just wrapping the exposed open end in Glad "Press n' Seal" wrap and just keeping it in the cold cut drawer of our fridge.
