My husband is a red-meat guy trying to watch his weight. I understand buffalo (bison) is much lower in fat than other meats. I'd like to stock my freezer with some steaks and ground meat. Of course, I'd like a low cost source, but quality is top priority. We live in NJ, no bison ranches nearby. I was interested in checking out the website because it is near our lake cabin. I don't know much else about it because I only heard about it just a couple of days ago. I would be very surprised if the quality of those farms out west was anywhere as good as Readington River. They produce a terrific product.
