I've been trying to get more fiber in the diet, but don't really have time for a bowl of cereal in the mornings. In looking for alternatives, I came across the Kashi Chewy Granola Bar, and I love them! They are so superior to like products that I've tried. Nice texture, with nuts and cereal, great flavor (lightly sweetened, but not nearly as sweet as other brands), and good bang for the buck, so to speak: 130-140 calories a bar and 4 g. fiber. I've tried both the Trail Mix and the Honey Almond Flax. Next up: Peanut Peanut Butter. I'm no big fan of granola bars and I liked these pretty well. Nice texture. Not sure I like all the cranberries. I plan to try the peanut butter ones next.
