        <content>Hello!
I am interested to know if there are any up and coming pastry chefs or just good bakeries to check out, and I'm not location limited. I am doing some research on Asian American, female pastry chefs and thought I could ask the foodies on this forum!

Thanks for your suggestions, please specify any website/numbers I can look at and type of pastries they specialize in.

Best,
Sammy</content>
