        <content>Monday night at 10:00 PM...The Travel Channel (I think) I love this dude...Glad he's back.  Let's hope it is a good series.
 
If any of you like him and have not read his book Kitchen Confidential...It's well worth reading.</content>

      <content>Howdy Chuck, we'd like to keep the General Topics board focused on foods, cuisines, mail order, chowhounding strategy, etiquette, national chains, etc.
 
For discussions on topics that are tangential to food such as food personalities like Mr Bourdain, the most suitable board is the Not About Food board.
