Well I have been in three markets now, including Fairway in Manhattan. Two supermarkets had no large pasta shapes; Fairway had only manicotti made by Ronzoni. Why am I having such a hard time finding this type of pasta; is this a purely Italian-American item, hence the Ronzoni version? Is Ronzoni pasta ok?
