Was planning to make a dish with frozen spinach, ricotta, tomato sauce--like manicotti or stuffed large shells. Well I have been in three markets now, including Fairway in Manhattan. Two supermarkets had no large pasta shapes; Fairway had only manicotti made by Ronzoni. Why am I having such a hard time finding this type of pasta; is this a purely Italian-American item, hence the Ronzoni version? Is Ronzoni pasta ok? (I did not buy them, hoping to find DeCecco or another imported pasta)

Thanks! I am wondering why all the other companies don't make them, though, or maybe it was just these markets that do not carry any other brands.
