She is an excellent cook and has always prepared beautiful meals. My wife and I want to order some high quality frozen meals (oxymoron?) for her. I searched and found a few threads about Schwan's but not much else. Any suggestions or weblinks would be greatly appreciated. Husband doesn't cook, and when I was traveling he tried them. Have ordered 3 times, and have no complaints. I'm also considering doing something for elderly in-laws. Don't think they'd appreciate the quality of Home Bistro so I'm going to check something I saw in yesterday's Parade magazine called Golden Cuisine. My husband is diabetic, we ordered some of the low-carb. He liked all of it - his only complaint was with the low-carb pasta. However, in their newer dishes they have made some changes. I love to cook - so it isn't like he is used to processed or frozen dinners. He likes good food, and thought these were very good.
