      <content>Interesting, but since this all pertains to the UK, you might be better served and get your point across on that board.
 
There are some SIGNIFICANT differences between school lunch in the U.S. and school dinners in the UK.  You aren't comparing apples to apples.</content>

      <content>Yes we went through this many years ago, our school lunches are extremely regulated, and I can't imagine the type of thing you are describing at this point of time in NYC. They have menus that some kids are freaked out about, but the parents love. Every vitamin accounted for ( the type of consumer that loves french fries,soda, etc). Everything they might be allegic to, gone. It's the new millenium in foodservice.</content>
