Statler Chicken

Peter Mar 9, 2005 01:34 PM

I hate to display my ignorance for all to see, but what exactly is a "statler chicken" or a "statler chicken breast". Does statler refer to a type of chicken or a particular producer or is it cut of chicken? Help!
