        <content>Hi there. I hope that I am posting this in the correct spot! I am trying to find both cheesemaking and sommelier courses in California anywhere from San Francisco and North for this coming Winter. Has anyone taken either of these? I would be coming from the Northeast so I am trying to figure everything out now so I actually do it instead of it just being an idea in my head. Thanks for any info that you have.
I also plan on traveling around for a bit so any interesting food classes other than cheese would be of interest, as well.</content>

      <content>There is no cheesemaking class offered in the Bay Area. Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo offers cheesemaking classes in Spring and Fall. You should check Dairy Technology Center at Cal Poly for the schedule.   </content>
