The waitress said "Sorry but we aren't able to make hard boiled eggs. You can have scambled, over easy, etc, etc" I didn't know hard boiled eggs were that difficult to make. So what gives? I'm sure they are very busy at the grill and don't have somone that could just stop everything and concentrate on making you a hard-boiled egg. Maybe if you ask in advance? I always ask for them with the shells on. It just surprised me when they said no.
