I am cleaning out my fridge in preparation for a move and found one item that survives unused from the last move: Woodland brand Natural Mesquite Liquid Smoke. I am quite tempted to throw it out but if anyone has a decent use for it, please let me know. We do have a gas grill.

I use liquid smoke in BBQ sauce (making your own is extremely easy). I also add it to marinades. Just a drop or two wherever you want a smoky flavor is enough.
