      <content>Here's what I found, though I've read that oranges and dark leafy greens also have tons of potassium...my spouse is a triathlete and he eats tons of bananas and oranges each day.

      <content>A salad of dark greens, tomatoes, and sliced avocado would be rich in potassium.  Or a fruit salad with lots of melon, like honeydew and cantaloupe, with a yogurt dressing.  Bananas could go in too, if you like them.</content>

      <content>V-8 juice has an awful lot of potassium in it. If you're concerned about potassium, you may have issues with sodium. V-8 makes a decent low-sodium version.
