      <content>For lollipop molds try Sweet Celebrations or JB Prince. There's a burnt sugar lollipop recipe in the Ultimate Candy Book by Bruce Weinstein. He offers variations with ginger and with cardamom. </content>

      <content>Food and Wine has a recipe for fruit-flavored lollipops that you could probably riff on for other flavors. these are the flat kind rather than spherical, and don't use molds.
