Hi. I noticed that Whole Foods carries a nice variety of lamb sausage. As I am always intrgued by new things, I bought a bunch.

But now, what should I do with them? How would they make a good meal ?

Grill them and serve with greek salad or other greek style seasonings and vegetables.

Or serve them with lentils and a poached egg over a frisee or other bitter green.

Or serve with couscous or bulgur, chickpeas, onions, tomatoes, and middle eastern spices, like cumin, coriander, or harissa.

I think that lamb sausage is so flavorful that you really should surround them with milder fare.
Roasted small potatoes, sauteed bitter greens with apple, some mint jelly(yikes!), a fork, a good beer and I'll be over ASAP.
They're great on the bar-b too.
The Whole Foods version is one of the best around, imho...btw.
