The taste is reasonably similar but the texture is very different. The Hagada brand that I just bought has a lighter, crunchier texture..and a slight burn at the edges; that gives a nice flavor...to my taste. My memory of Yehuda and Aviv is similar.
I'm pretty sure these are all made in Israel and are plastic sealed inside of the cardboard box, so they stay fresh( maybe all matzo is?).
It's like the difference between an ok pretzel and a nice crunchy one.
