      <content>The Ballymaloe Cooking School has some good Irish recipes for St. Patrick's day on their website. I'm attaching a link to one of my favorite Irish desserts from Ballymaloe - Rhubarb Bread and Butter Pudding.  It's fantastically delicious.  Scroll down a bit and you'll see it.
