What caught my eye was the elaborate food photo shoot being set up in the front window. Has anyone tried it? When I drove by this restaurant a few weeks ago and noticed the name, I found it confusing, e.g., is this place a bodega or a bistro? I liked the explanation in Unterman's write-up - bo=beef, de=lamb, and ga=chicken, so this is the beef-lamb-chicken bistro.
