      <content>I would suggest you shred it first and package it in a plastic container or bag. When you want to use it, just take out what you need while it's still frozen. Once it thaws it will get a)crumbly; b)soggy; or c)both. Oh - and you'll have to use it in a cooked dish only - uncooked it'll have an icky texture.</content>

      <content>We have frozen whole milk mozzarella in blocks to store and then thawed it slightly and shredded it for use.  This seemed to work fairly well.</content>
