Of course, since anyone can lie (and folks selling stuff often do....), you'd want to check with the lab to see if it really exists, and if it really did the analysis. (And if it is in fact an independent lab, and not one controlled by the water vendor.) I vaguely recall that there is an association of some sort of water bottlers--perhaps it could help you, if you can find it.
