it's my first time buying soy milk and i was wondering how you can tell if it has gone bad. the package says use within 7-10 days of openeing, but will it start to smell bad like regular milk does? i can tell when cow's milk is ready to be tossed just by the smell of it.

thanks!

We drink our soy milk as soon as possible. The freshest of the soy milk is important. The two times our soy milk spoiled we had two results. The frist was like milk it smell back. The second it got thick like tofu. It did not have a bad smell and I think that the factory put something wrong in it.

Do not wait the long to enjoy it quickly.

IMHO, it starts going downhill as soon as it goes in the container.
