Does anyone have a mail order source for traditional fudge? I used to buy this amazing fudge from a tiny little shop in Laguna Beach. They cooked it in a large copper pot using only sugar, cocoa, butter and walnuts, then poured it onto a large marble slab and creamed it with a wide spatula. They shipped all over the country to people who had tried the fudge in the shop. It was creamy and buttery, almost crumbly, total melt in your mouth bliss, not dense and marshmallowy.
Trader Joes sometimes carries fudge that comes close, but not as fresh tasting.
Any suggestions??

I'm veeeery picky about my fudge, and I usually turn-up my nose at store bought, but someone brought fudge from the Briggittine Monks in Oregon to a party, and I thought was quite good.
