Can you freeze prepared wasabi?
Recently had occasion (oh, alright, the significant other purchased it and she bought about 200 times as much as we could humanly use in a reasonably short period) to buy prepared wasabi in the store. I have been diligent about using it but there's just way too much. Suddenly hit me this morning: why not freeze it? I can't think of a single good argument against doing so but thought I would consult the collective wisdom of the board. Waddya all think?
