        <content>Seems to be many posts about energy bars on the board. Here's an article from today's SF Chronicle about how the big players started and how nutritious energy bars really are.

      <content>I almost got sick reading it! I've never tasted one but keep a couple in our earthquake supplies, heaven help us.
 
Maybe there should be a discussion for those in earthquake country about what foods they keep in their emergency kits or, in our case, garbage cans.</content>
