Best way to prepare frozen lobster tails?
Making lobster tails for dinner tonight. Any recommendations on the best way to make them? Also, what's the best way to defrost them?
Brian, we just had these in January (a Christmas gift). They were easy and great. Thaw them in cold water - shouldn't take more than a couple of hours. Then split them and sprinkle w/ salt and pepper and brush w/ minced garlic and olive oil. Grill (best) or broil, shell side down, for about 10 minutes - until opaque. If grilling, cover while cooking and flip over for the last minute to slightly brown. Serve with butter.
