Best way to prepare frozen lobster tails?
Brian, we just had these in January (a Christmas gift). They were easy and great. Thaw them in cold water - shouldn't take more than a couple of hours. Then split them and sprinkle w/ salt and pepper and brush w/ minced garlic and olive oil. Grill (best) or broil, shell side down, for about 10 minutes - until opaque. If grilling, cover while cooking and flip over for the last minute to slightly brown. Serve with butter.
