I'm making a many-kinds-of-pudding dessert for my husband for Valentine's Day. I'd make something more solid, but he's getting his wisdom teeth yanked two days before, and whatever I cook has to be soft. So, I'm going to do a graham cracker crust, and layer homemade chocolate and chocolate mint pudding, whipped cream, vanilla pudding, and probably marscapone or full-fat yogurt. I may add white chocolate liquer, too.

As I was thinking up the flavour combination, I started imagining all the wonderful other flavours I could combine- caramel, white chocolate and mocha; raspberry, almond, and toffee crunch, with amarretto; pineapple, cream cheese, chocolate syrup... mmm. So, if you were going to make a layered pudding dessert, what would you use?
