DON'T!!!

A percolator is a very dumb idea. It continually re-boils coffee--which is the best way to kill the taste!

In all areas of life, an excellent rule of conduct is, KISS: Keep it Simple, Stupid! Go out and buy a Melitta pot and plastic cone--the kind you pour the water through, and which sits on some low heat source on the stove. I've been using that for decades, with never a lousy result.

Oops!--I missed the notion of "cordless". WHY BOTHER??? That's really a silly feature, because generating heat requires an enormous amount of energy; the battery is sure to run out after an hour or less. This thing can't possibly work well.
