        <content>There was a nice small article about Niman Ranch, and a recipe for short ribs from Lucques in L.A. in the L.A. Times yesterday.  Here is a link, you gotta register to read it, but it is free.
 
Still and all, it seems kinda hypocritical to me to sweet talk your cows as you lead them in to the slaughter house.
